How do I personalize my order?
Select your preferred product option, then upload a clear pet photo or enter the name you would like engraved. Please check all personalization details carefully before adding the item to your cart.
What kind of photo should I upload?
For the best result, upload a clear, well-lit photo. Your pet’s face should be visible from the front and should not be covered by hands, heavy shadows, filters, sunglasses, or accessories.
Can I personalize an item with more than one pet?
This depends on the product design. Please check the product description before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us before placing your order.
Can I add more than one name?
For name-engraved products, please follow the character limit shown on the product page. For a two-piece bundle, enter the names clearly and indicate which name belongs to each piece.
Can I see a preview before production?
Some products may include a preview or confirmation step. If a design clarification is needed, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
How long does personalization take?
Personalized orders usually require 3–5 business days for production before shipping. Production time may vary depending on the product and order volume.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once production has started, personalized items usually cannot be changed or cancelled.
Can personalized products be returned?
Because personalized products are made especially for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind or customer-submitted spelling errors. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the personalization details submitted with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on your destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. A tracking number will be provided when your order has been shipped.
Will my item look exactly like the preview?
Personalized products are created from the photo or information you submit. Small differences may occur because of the engraving process, product size, lighting, and the original photo quality.

How should I care for my jewelry?
Keep your jewelry away from water, perfume, lotions, chemicals, and prolonged moisture. Store it in a dry place and gently wipe it with a soft cloth after wearing.
